The prototype project aimed to create a Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) BIPV/T building system for experimental research and demonstration purposes. The system was intended for integration with an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) at Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA). After testing, it would be scaled up for use in a full-sized test hut at TRCA. As the designs are copyrighted to Ryerson University, images of the rendered design and final assembly were shared.
