Bipolar Transistor Teaching Aide
thingiverse
I designed this transistor prop to clearly illustrate how a Bipolar Transistor functions. The design comprises two key components: the base and the lever arm. The lever arm symbolizes the amplification process of the transistor, utilizing water flow as an analogy for current. A small amount of water flowing into the base flap significantly raises the emitter-collector flap, enabling more water to flow through. A comprehensive explanation is available in my video at https://youtu.be/RI-7TyVWB3s. The waveform STL file contains both DC and AC representations, as seen in the video.
