Bionicle Toa Nikila style lower leg

The design for Bionicle lower legs was heavily influenced by the Toa Nikila model created by Vrahno. After discovering that balljoints should be approximately 10.2 mm in size, I upgraded them to a larger diameter. This upgrade made a significant difference in the overall performance of the design. To make printing easier, I added an alternative version with thicker sides. However, I soon realized that the pin holes needed to be resized, and I also tweaked the balljoints on this thick version. Upon further review, I decided to add chamfers to the underside of the pin holes. This modification not only improved the overall look but also resolved a minor issue with the thick version. After careful consideration, I ultimately removed the thick version from the design.
