Bionic Finger

Bionic Finger

thingiverse

Hi, this is my CAD-designed prosthetic hand finger collection. It features a lever that opens and closes the fingers with ease. Unfortunately, the version of the finger that interacts with strings doesn't look as polished. Printing these parts can be challenging because you need to test each one on every part of your finger before getting it right. For more information or help, feel free to get in touch. This project is still a work in progress and not yet complete. To assemble these fingers, you'll need M4x8 and M3x5 flat head bolts as well as 10x5mm threaded sleeves with M3 and 16x5 M4 threads. You only need to print the finger parts, which can be found in the provided .zip files. The .zip file contains a part called Zeigefinger Anschlusstück that you'll need for all fingers, while the Stoessel part is required for Zeigefinger, Mittelfinger, and Ringfinger. For Kleiner Finger, you'll need to use the smaller version of Stoessel. Currently, it's planned to pour the fingertips with 2K silicone, but the molds aren't ready yet.
