Bionic adapter for robot hand

Bionic adapter for robot hand

thingiverse

I have a friend who was born without a left hand, and I promised him that I would design and build a bionic hand for him because he couldn't afford the exorbitant prices of prosthetic limbs. With this adapter, you can use the InMoov robot hand as a prosthetic device. I designed and built an AVR-based electronic system to control the servo motors that move the fingers and process muscle EMG signals. I need some minor refinements to the software before it's complete, at which point I will release both the software and the electronic schematic. Non-printed components: - 3 x 18650 batteries - Li-ion charger protector - DC-DC converter - 3 x servo motors like MG995 - 2 x microservo motors like MG90 - PCD8544 LCD display - Buttons for input - EMG sensor for muscle signal processing - Main control board
