Bionaire Window Fan Extender

My windows were too tall for the stock Bionaire window fan extender, and Bionaire is apparently constantly out of stock, so I decided to print some.Note that I installed my fan vertically, which my file names reflect. “H” in the file names refers to height in the orientation my fan is in, and it does NOT include the overlapping slotting areas. “W” in the file names refers to the width in the orientation my fan is in. I have included STEP files for anyone who needs to adjust for their window. Also note that I mis-measured at the beginning and designed everything thinking the fan was 298mm wide when it's really 300mm wide. I didn't want to go back and start over, so I rolled with it in the rest of my design. But if the missing 2mm will bug you, increase the Base Extender and Additional Extender 2 widths to 150 and the Additional Extender 1 width to 100.Additional Extender 1 and 2 WILL slot into the stock extender that comes with the fan. However, as I had to add a lot of height and installed my fan vertically, the weight of the additional extenders was bending my stock extender. So thanks to jpmeyer001 for their design of the stock extender, which I've modified to slot with Additional Extender 1 and 2.Print details:Printer: Ender 3 v2Material: Overture White PETGLayer height: 0.42mmLine width: 0.72mmInfill: 10%Supports: None
