Scaffolds for this study were fabricated from bovine internal mammary arteries, featuring an inner diameter of 5 mm, by a process of decellularization and subsequent preservation using diglycidyl ether of ethylene glycol, conducted by "NeoCor" LLC (Russia). The accurate three-dimensional models of the investigated scaffolds were obtained using computed microtomography with voxel size 25.4 μmTwo of the models reinforced with an external helices mady from PCL or PVDF polymers via FDM-thermal extrusion.
