Biohazard ear saver

I grabbed an ear saver from the NIH page and customized it with a funky biohazard symbol, courtesy of Harryb1991. To prevent it from sticking out too much in back, I toned down the symbol slightly in the one-tab version. The thicker model features multiple tabs for securely attaching your mask.
