Biochemistry Chess Set
pinshape
This is a chess set designed from scratch, combining custom and remixed models sourced from Thingiverse. We'd like to extend our gratitude to aarono, ejo60, and Landru for providing their models! The ATP molecule was obtained from the Protein Data Bank (PDB) using the Chem3D iPad application. Each piece in this set is uniquely defined as follows: Pawn: Represented by the ATP molecule Rook: Modeled after a phospholipid bilayer Knight: tRNA (**Note that the .stl file has been updated to increase the knight's height compared to the image) Bishop: Maltose, a carbohydrate/disaccharide King: DNA Queen: DNA Polymerase Remixed from: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:123456 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:789012 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:345678 http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:901234
