This is my design for a scaled-up version of the Kossel XL. Since I didn't follow any instructions, I based it solely on pictures I saw. The accuracy of this replica relative to the original Kossel XL remains unknown to me. Originally, I envisioned a mini spin-off of the Kossel series, but the extrusions I ordered turned out to be too large, so I decided to scale up the entire project instead. This printer measures 260mm in diameter and 345mm high. For push rods, I'm using 1/4 inch aluminum rods from Home Depot along with custom-designed Traxxus joints connected via an adapter, which is included in the files above. The design has yielded remarkable results so far; however, calibration prints will be posted at a later time. For anyone needing assistance or wanting customized files for similar printers, please don't hesitate to reach out – I'd be more than happy to provide help or even create and modify files as requested. I'd also like to acknowledge that the LCD mount and Kossel frame top and bottom components used in this design are fairly standard parts with unknown origins. While I didn't extensively modify them, my goal was primarily to use them unaltered to maintain their integrity and functionality within the build.
