A sustainable flower pot designed specifically for students aims to educate them in 3D modeling, 3D printing, and biology. Students learn that biodegradable PLA is just one of several materials available. They also develop skills growing a plant, taking responsibility for its care, and eventually cultivating greater accountability. By exploring how a 3D printer operates, students can create their own models using Tinkercad, an easy-to-use online program offering free access to 3D modeling. This educational plan is adaptable worldwide as it integrates 3D modeling and printing taught in technical high schools with biodegradable materials covered in biology/nature and society classes focusing on plant breeding and environmental protection.
