Binoculars with secret hiding

thingiverse

Here's another secret container resembling binoculars, designed to stash items like geocaches. To access the hidden space, you'll need to remove the glasses by unscrewing them. Adding an extra layer of excitement is achieved by making one screw have a left-hand thread and the other a right-hand thread. The interior compartment is precisely 20mmx60mm for each glass. Print the container using a 3D Printer with PLA as your material. Set the infill percentage to 20%. Use support material during the printing process, and be prepared for a print time of around ten hours. The resulting dimensions will measure approximately 100mm x 100mm x 50mm. Once printed, fine-tune the surface with some sanding help from a small Dremel tool. Finally, secure the small knobs with wooden screws. Enjoy the challenge!
