Binding Post / Female Banana Jack
thingiverse
I had an assortment of banana jacks that came in red, black, yellow, and green colors. There might have been a few blue or white ones mixed in too. However, I was after more vibrant color options - specifically purple, orange, light blue, neon green, and glow-in-the-dark hues. These custom banana jacks are designed to fit both innie and outie configurations. The key thing to keep in mind is that you'll need the metal hardware from an existing jack. If you're printing an innie, don't worry about using the outer sleeve with a knurled finger grip - you can skip it altogether. When working on an outie project, you will indeed need to print both files. You might have to make adjustments to the threads of the outer sleeve if they're not up to code in your printer's setup - in my case, that was an M6 x 0.75.
