To craft a binaural mic, we first 3D printed an ear from Thingiverse's STL #105808, then molded it with rubber. The provided STL holds the microphone capsule, which should be 10mm in size. Assemble by placing capsules and soldering; use a hole for wire and another for a carbon fiber rod to hold the ears.
