Our Binary Epoch Clock Kit assembly's trickiest part involves aligning and directing LEDs correctly. Thus, we designed a helpful tool for this process. Not only does it ensure proper alignment but also expedites the soldering procedure. Traditionally, you would solder the LEDs in groups of 4, per instructions. However, with our jig, simply insert all LEDs and then fit it onto the clock PCB's front. This jig maintains LED alignment while flipping the board over for soldering; there's no need to bend leads beforehand either! To print, use a low preset of 0.3mm layer height, 2 shells, and 10% infill.
