Binary Clock - Simple design with a stand
thingiverse
Only hour and minute display suited specifically for neopixel strips with a consistent 16.6mm spacing between each LED. The hour is displayed in 12-hour format, because four bits are sufficient to show values ranging from 0 to 15. Meanwhile, the minutes utilize six bits that can effectively display values from 0 to 63, allowing for a precise 0-59 minute format within those limitations. Before printing this design, it's essential to rotate it by 180 degrees so that the face is lying flat. This adjustment ensures that the stand and other components print flawlessly without requiring any additional support. The end of the stand features a small hole that can accommodate a small magnet, enabling users to attach the base securely to various surfaces using this magnetic feature.
