I've printed this Model with PETG100% Infill organic support to mount the knob you'll need 2x M3 screws.to mount the lid you can take a Nail (3mm diameter) and cut it to 40mm lenght.for better fit, you can drill the holes to 3mm.i took a spring out of a Ballpoint pen, cut it and bend the ends straight.Then build in with a little tension.
