I built this Biltong Box using 4.5mm Acrylic, perfect for drying tasty meat. To create good air circulation, I attached a PC Fan to the box. For step-by-step Biltong-making directions, search YouTube or browse online tutorials. Cover airflow holes with insect screen and secure it in place with glue.
