We've put in countless hours of work on this project and I'm thrilled to be able to showcase it now. This doll is undeniably creepy, but in a good way. I created the head using ZBrush and the body with Fusion 360. Then, I printed out the entire model on my Creality CR10. My wife was instrumental in bringing Billy to life - she painted the head, carefully cut up and attached his wig, and used strings and a hot glue gun to assemble him. All that remained after that was to dress him up. We purchased a kids' tuxedo from Amazon and added some sparkly shoes.
