**EVERY picture showcased is of the Lithopane, and it truly looks that exceptional.** https://youtu.be/DNu9ACeOYkw This stunning 100mm wide Bill Murray Lithopane stands at an impressive 2mm thick. The Litho processing was carried out in Cura, while Slic3r PE was utilized for slicing. Cura does an incredible job of producing flat lithos, a truly remarkable achievement. As seen here, it has been printed at 150pc in both X and Y dimensions, still maintaining its 2mm thickness with an 0.6 nozzle. I have included my gcode file for those who may already possess a Prusa Mk3 with an 0.6 nozzle installed. The print speeds are relatively conservative, as my machine has exceeded 6,000 hours of operation and I prefer to give it some extra room to breathe. To prevent little hairs from forming due to the Z move, set lift Z on retractions to 0.1. Additionally, ensure that wipe is turned OFF while retracting and infill is set to 100%. The lithopane holder requires improvement. The frame is too snug around the thick parts of the lithopane, and the 'cap' also interferes. More clearance was needed for the lightbulb I chose, so I heated up the frame with a heat gun and forced the bulb in there to thermoform it. Included is the Fusion360 archive for the holder, allowing improvements to be made. The lightbulb used is an E12 candelabra base. To make the bulb fit correctly, I had to heat the holder with a heat gun. This needs some fine-tuning in fusion before things are perfect.
