The inside of my mesh design is a bit rough around the edges, but it's more than sufficient for printing and assembly - I'll probably tidy it up once I get to that point. After wrestling with the challenge of sourcing enough MA3200 MastersAirscrew collars for the underwater drone bilge pump motors, I managed to create this custom part. To simplify things, I combined the base plate from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:639240 into my design, eliminating some unnecessary hardware in the process. The side screw is an M4 bolt and nut, while the stem requires reaming out at the bottom to fit snugly - it needs to be secure to maintain straightness.
