Bilge Pump Head

<p>A friend had a vintage boat with a manual bilge pump. &nbsp;The original “Head” was made out of a hard rubber, it had deteriorated beyond repair. &nbsp;And there were no replacement parts available. &nbsp;</p><p>There is a flare at the top of the brass body so I designed it with a split threaded base. &nbsp;It was also designed to use a flat gasket at the top of the flange for a seal. &nbsp;This seal was not needed as leaking was minimal, and it is being used in an inherently wet environment.</p>
