Bilge Hose Splitter for boats with wood keel
thingiverse
See this old relic and cheer for 3D printing. This design should scale up to fit most older boats with wooden keels. Our boat is a 42' 1969 Trojan, which I've worked on extensively over time. The top of our keel's inside measurement is 3 inches wide at the bow. This first part is just one of many marine-related projects that will focus on universality and practicality. I successfully printed this part using an older Lulzbot, pushing the limits with unsupported overhangs in the process. The print quality could be improved by reducing the layer height from .4 to .3. Alternatively, you can go back to editing mode and make any necessary changes to eliminate the electrical tape and hose clamps entirely.
