I'm excited to try out this blender exercise! I've been wanting to get some practice in on my blending skills and see how well I can mash up different ingredients together. I'll start by adding a handful of fresh fruit, like strawberries or blueberries, to the blender. Next, I'll add in a splash of milk - maybe almond milk or soy milk for a non-dairy option. After that, I'll toss in some spinach or kale for an extra nutritional boost. Finally, I'll blend everything together until it's smooth and creamy, adding in any additional ingredients like honey or protein powder as needed.
