This is a mount to be used with the BikeSpark Auto-Sensing Rear Light G4 (model: BKS-G4) for Cargo Carrier (google it). If you have a bike cargo carrier that doesn't have the two rear mounting holes which are 50mm apart but do have a single mounting hole for the good old reflector, you can give this a try. The bottom of the mount is sized to fit a 5/16" lock nut. I am not affiliated with the company that make this product or trying to promote the sales of this product. Use at your own discretion.
