A device that securely holds a replacement magnet onto bike rear (or front) wheel spokes is now available. The device features a slot specifically designed for a 5x5x5mm magnet, which I happened to have at hand. This accessory works perfectly with Garmin 800, and it is also compatible with various other devices from different manufacturers that utilize magnets to detect bike wheel rotations. Bike tripmeters, GPS units, and numerous other gadgets fall into this category. Printed my own version from PLA with sturdy walls and a thick fill of 20%. I increased the size of the cover part by 5% to make it easier to assemble since the model has no tolerance and the parts are relatively small. The entire process took just 15 minutes, and it was completed quickly.
