Sketchfab refused to let me replace my initial version, so I'm still digging into their versioning system. This revised model relies on around 15 shrinkWraps and no boolean operations. To achieve a consistent weld radius, I employed width/percentage on the bevel feature. However, the mesh still requires patches along its sides. The model proves to be somewhat sensitive when it comes to array merge. Adding more subsurf to the larger tube and conducting a thorough search for any shrinkWrap offsets might resolve this issue. It appears that Sketchfab gets confused about the order of subSurf and Array. Furthermore, while Blender's solid view can display this model, blenderInternalRender cannot, but cycles will again, in line with its level of sophistication.
