Here is a remixed version of the original design that incorporates several key features:\ - Optimized to accommodate easy installation of self-tapping wood screws from Bunnings - Supports generated by your slicer are now used instead of built-in supports - The quick release mechanism has been fine-tuned for smooth operation, with only minimal post-processing required to remove any unnecessary support material - The quick release mechanism is provided as separate STL files for effortless remixing - Designed to fit 22.2mm handlebars perfectly To assemble the bike mount, four 6G x 18mm or 6G x 20mm self-tapping screws are needed; two 6G x 15mm screws are required to secure the Fenix E12 light attachment. This print was produced using custom support blockers for the bike mount portion of the quick release mechanism. The printing settings used were a moderate 20% infill, with a layer height of 0.2mm and PLA as the material of choice.
