This bike torch light holder was my brainchild - a clever design that adapts to the standard 24mm bike torch with precision. To secure it firmly to the bike's handlebar, I recommend using cable ties, making the process quick and straightforward. I used ABS for my printout and fine-tuned the flexibility of this model accordingly, ensuring it fit perfectly with its material. That being said, you can try printing it with PLA, but I wouldn't blame you if you end up with a more brittle result. For extra grip on your handlebar, there's a circular slot specifically designed for inserting rubber. I personally chose not to use the rubber when building mine and still experienced secure holding power without any issues.
