This is a replacement component specifically designed to fit a particular repair kit intended for bicycles. The original plastic piece that secured the sockets within my tool had deteriorated over time due to heavy use. With all the time and prototype prints invested in creating this custom part, I have undoubtedly exceeded the cost of the cheap tool itself. However, by doing so, I can now rely on this replacement part to last significantly longer - and if it does eventually fail, I can easily print a new one using my existing setup. I chose to print this component in PETG for its remarkable robustness and impressive flexibility, qualities that will ensure the longevity of the part.
