This is a Bike Stem Mount for Garmin 66s (or similar) It is a bit of work in progress: the geometry is complicated, but functionally it fits nicely and it works. You will need a large (say 50mm ID and 3.5mm section) o-ring to attach to you stem. Improvements to be made - the release clip is a little flimsy.
