I started using my cell phone as my bike computer so I needed a way to keep it charged on the go, but didn't want to use a top tube bag. I use velcro to hold the pack in so that I can swap it out and zip ties to hold it on the stem, but it is a snap fit and I have ridden without the velcro or zip ties.
