My new bike-speedo's mount doesn't really work right on the handlebars, but it is tilted too steeply for viewing when mounted on the stem. It needs to be tilted up towards the horizontal This tapered block slips between the saddle and the stem to get the angle right. G;ue it to the speedo saddle with a drop of superglue, silicon rubber, F2 glue or double sided tape.
