Bike Speaker Holder
thingiverse
A Speaker Holder for you bike! Designed for the Braven 705 and to go on a ~29mm diameter tube. Don't have a Braven 705, or your tube is a different diameter? I got you! I have exported the fusion 360 project and it is fully sketched up with user parameters that should work fine for general tube sizes and box speaker shapes. I'm sure there are some numbers that would cause issues but with the constrained sketches, it should be easy to remix. Box body is designed to be printed in one go with no supports. Small amount of bridging in the middle and at the top. The other side of the clamps should be printed with supports so you can bet a better printing orientation. The clamp bar to hold the speaker in is a simple print. I used M4 screws and nuts. 12mm and 20mm lengths to be exact. Like most bike parts, be careful of over torqueing. The box side nut spot and hole are not printed in the strongest orientation thus have a chance to split a layer. If that happens just a little, you should be able to just put a little glue on there and you should be good(I did not test the fail mode)
