The Topeak F25 seat rail clamp is a highly effective mounting solution for packs at the bottom of bike seats, but its versatility was too enticing - I wanted to attach batteries and lights to my seat as well, so I leveraged this clamp as a platform for creating custom mounts. It securely attaches to the Topeak F25 rail clamp and comes loose with just the tab. This particular design is specifically intended to match the Topeak F25 (check out http://www.amazon.com/Topeak-F25-Wedge-Pack-Fixer/dp/B005DTILE0).
