For a smoother finish, use acetone or emery boards to sand the surface before priming and painting. Attach axles, gears, forks, spacers, springs, and wheels using super glue as needed. The wheel creation process involves cutting two circles from a CD cover lid, attaching them to a brake hub, and adding fuse wire for the brake lines. Have fun creating this unique wedding cake topper!
