Bike Repair Stand
thingiverse
Are you fed up with messing around with your chain and having to cradle your bike at the same time? Are you sick of marking and scuffing your walls with tires and handlebars? I was, so I came up with this bike stand. It utilizes 12x12mm square tube. The vertical tubes I cut to 400mm, horizontal - 287 and 315. But that might vary on a size that suits you. UPDATE: The first version turned out to be not sturdy enough to hold my 13.5 kg bike, and parts began to crack where they met with aluminum tubes. So I made some modifications, beefed up the parts and made them more robust. The "ring" on a rod connector is designed to prevent cracking along print lines and keep the part stiffer.
