Bike rack straps
thingiverse
These straps were designed to replace my stock Yakima straps that have long since become brittle and disintegrated. They can also work for other brands of racks. They measure about 20cm in length, and the loops are approximately 2cm in diameter. Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 4 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .22mm Infill: 15% Notes: I printed these using Ninjaflex. You may be able to use a different flexible filament, but this material works wonderfully for daily-use parts because it's extremely durable. Set speeds to 40mm/s and turned retraction off (this works well with NinjaFlex). Extruder temp = 240C Bed temp = 40C (I used a PEI build surface, so I may not have needed any heat, but this setting works anyway).
