This is a bike rack light mounting adaptor for a Portland Design Works Danger Zone light with a clip. In my design, the release clip broke off but there's plenty of friction between the hex nut and the light so it stays in place very well. I found this design at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8947. It referred to this one which had an openSCAD file I could modify at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:226475.
