Bike Rack for MPman EB3 Electric Folding Bike

I designed a bike rack for my MPman EB3 foldable electric bike to carry my gym bag, and I built it using my own hands. A little basket is mounted on it, adding extra functionality to the design. To assemble the rack, I printed all the bolts and nuts needed, which was a convenient option since no separate tools were required. The M8.5 nuts used in the assembly are tight but can handle significantly more force than the M9 ones. A pretty large printer is necessary to print out all the parts of this bike rack. However, I designed the top part to fit within my Creality CR-10S printer's 300x300mm build area, making it possible to manufacture the entire design in one go. If you have a smaller printer at your disposal, you can easily cut the top part into four separate pieces and add additional bolts to secure them together. To print the side parts, rotate them by 45 degrees so that they fit diagonally onto the build plate. This will ensure a smooth and even printing process. The Fusion360 files for this bike rack design are also included, making it easy to modify or customize according to your preferences.
