Bike Rack Endcap Fiamma 1999

We have an old bike rack on the back of our 1999's RV. It has four pretty elaborate designed alloy profiles to carry the bikes. Newer bike racks have the V-Shape in different versions, but this one is more like a complex H-Shape. Due to the twenty years that have past, the plastic endcaps are mostly gone by now. So here was a nice opportunity to gain a little Fusion 360 3D modeling skills. So i build the alloy profile and from there i build the endcap itself. Lots of measureing, 3d modeling, sliceing, printing, fitting, remodeling, reprinting and so on. The printed part is a snug fit, so you may need a rubber-mallet. There is also a hole for a 4mm screw.
