Matching pumps 18 mm in diameter ------------------------------- This is a bike pump holder designed for the Topeak Pocket Rocket. The pump fits very tightly, as the print was designed with just 0.5 mm play in diameter. The design should work for pumps with 18mm diameter). Matching wide bike frames ----------------------------- Use zap straps to attach the pump holder to the bike frame. This thing was designed for a pretty wide aluminium bike frame. A groove along the back of the holder accommodates a some of curvature (3 mm depth over 24 mm width) Printing: --------------------------------- - **Important: Print upright** (see screenshot). This gives the print a lot more strength when the holder arms are flexing to accomodate the pump. - I added extra top and bottom layers (4 total) to give more strength to the flexing arms - I used 0.2 mm layer height, 20% infill in PLA. No supports were required for my print, despite the overhang.
