Bike phone holder (LG G3 w/case; FreeCAD file included)

This is a remake of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:256213. The original author generously included the FreeCad design file, making it easy for me to modify the design to fit my phone and bike. My phone (LG G3 with case) measures 81.2mm x 151.6mm x 13.9mm. To account for my printer's slightly thick print quality, I enlarged the part accordingly. I also increased the bike handle diameter from 35mm to 35.5mm. As is my custom, I included a revised FreeCAD design along with step exports for anyone who wants to replicate this project. Some observations that caught my attention: The tongue or bottom piece fits snugly inside, so I haven't secured it yet. Later, I plan to attach it using superglue or acetone melting. Secondly, I'm not entirely satisfied with how easily the part twists. To prevent this, I might remove the tie ties and apply hot glue before resecuring it, ensuring it stays in one position. Update: I remixed a longer bottom part with a charging hole at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1710441. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer: R1 ABS + PLA Model Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: 12% Notes: I should probably use a higher infill percentage to provide more connection points for the tie-tie bridges in the middle. How I Designed This: Luckily, the original author of this thing included the FreeCad file, allowing me to make some simple modifications. I adjusted the width and phone height as well as the handlebar diameter. Next, I altered the bottom bracket to have a 5-degree angle, making it easier for my phone to slide in smoothly.
