Bike Phone/Battery Holder

There are numerous bike holder designs available on youmagine, but when using a roadbike, one major problem arises - battery capacity. With routing apps and GPS consuming power in less than 1.5 hours, I decided to add an extra battery (10,000mAh) to my design for extended trips. The primary advantage of this design is its ability to secure all components with screws, achieving remarkable stiffness and preventing looseness over bumpy roads. Thanks to the increased capacity, I can now use my phone with GPS active for more than 7 hours. What's more, it's quite easy to detach the package from the bike. For assembly, drilling holes is essential, and the size depends on the screw type used. I employed 4mm screws and 3mm set screws in my design. To secure the base to the handlebar, I utilized 5mm x 250mm cable ties. Additionally, I applied duct tape to the main plate's bottom to prevent battery slippage.
