Bike mount for smartphone

I crafted this versatile bike mount on OnShape.com to make it highly customizable and user-friendly. To create your own version, simply access my public file link on OnShape.com and adjust the values in Phone Bed, Phone Bed Depth (add 0.125 inches to your phone's thickness for this value), Volume Buttons, and Power Button. You can keep other settings unchanged or personalize them further to suit your needs. Export the Hinge Ring from the parts section and print two of them, then export the Cradle from the parts section and print it. Use 0.2-inch thick bolts to assemble the components. For the illustrations, I used a hinge pin from one of my doors. The Hinge Ring is designed to fit a 1-inch diameter bar, but can be shimmed with foam or rubber (such as an old bike tube) for added grip and shock absorption.
