This is a custom bike mount for my dad's BLF A6/Astrolux S1 flashlight. He bought this affordable and extremely bright light from banggood.com. This solution fits his needs perfectly. It should fit most bikes with a 22-23mm handle diameter, using a 24mm O-ring as a rubber band. If you use a smaller O-ring, it might fit smaller handles, but I found that this size is very common in Europe, particularly in Austria. Print Settings: Printer: My self-designed Prusa i3 clone Rafts: Not necessary Supports: None needed Resolution: Doesn't matter Infill: 5-15% is sufficient Notes: I used BQ PLA. ABS hasn't been tested, but the flashlight might not fit as snugly. Post-printing steps: Attach an O-ring to the mount, strap it to your bike, and place the flashlight inside. It's that easy! The BLF A6/Astrolux S1 is arguably one of the best price-performance bike lights available. How I designed this custom mount: I used Freecad on Linux, despite its occasional bugs, as it remains my favorite free CAD program.
