Bike Light Mount

Bike Light Mount

thingiverse

I purchased a highly effective bike light nearly one year ago that could guide me through the darkest nights. Unfortunately, I found its position very annoying because I was unable to mount it directly in the middle of my handlebar due to the stem. To solve this problem, I designed a light mounting bracket that can span over the stem and provide a centered mounting surface for my lamp. Before assembly, you must carefully melt the rivet nuts into the holes found on the braces. This requires using a preheated soldering iron, so be cautious when handling it! In addition to the provided instructions, the following items are necessary: - 4 M6 rivet nuts - 4 M6x30 socket head cap screws (ISO 4762) - A soldering iron This mounting bracket is ideally suited for a 24 mm diameter handlebar; however, it can also accommodate larger ones.
