Bike light mount replacement
thingiverse
I'm attaching a handle bar mount for an older bike light that I believe is a Cateye model, although I'm not entirely sure. The mount itself features a 1" (0.949") diameter handle bar and includes both the T section and locking clip. In contrast, the light has outer rails with an indent designed to secure the locking clip. This specific design is optimized for use with M4 Allen cap screws. On one hand, the holes in the bottom cap are clearance holes measuring 4.6mm in diameter. On the other hand, the holes found within the mount itself require tapping and have a diameter of 3.4mm. As this represents my inaugural attempt at creating a design using Tinkercad, I'm not entirely certain whether it will function as intended or if further modifications are necessary.
