I use for Early Morning Training. Can Add one on each side and flood one and spot one out further. Very Versatile lighting option and they are pretty cheap. This clips onto 31.8 (Std road bars, if you need another size let me know through messages) you can add a zip tie for little extra holding but shouldn't need it. if it slips and rotates add a piece of electrical tape under it for grip. The Flash light clips in hard and hold very well. there is a knurled section on the barrel that will grip really well. Can be mounted above bars or under, and either side of the stem.
