This device will secure a flashlight to the handlebars of a bicycle. The intended flashlight is the Streamlight Protac 2L, designed for rugged use. My personal bike, equipped with drop handlebars, is the target vehicle. A unique characteristic of these handlebars is their connection to the frame - roughly level, which means the attached flashlight will point downward or remain level, depending on how the mounting files are adjusted.
